Sometimes you need a little reminder of just how incredible nature is.

And this amazing two-stick stingfish will do exactly that.

New footage shot in the Gulf of Aqaba in Egypt by underwater photographer Vital Bazarov, shows the pretty unassuming stingfish blending into its surroundings.

Perfectly camouflaging itself amongst the sandy floor, it takes a second or two to spot it.

Even more incredibly, it’s only when the stingfish gets on the move that you actually realise how insanely colourful it is.
