The Real Orange County experience

If you’re a fan of The OC or Real Housewives then read on, because I’m about to share one of the most luxe experiences I have ever had the privilege of taking part in!

Having been a fan of both shows for as long as I can remember, getting the opportunity to round out my ultimate California trip was a dream come true.

Staying at Monarch Beach Resort in Dana Point, the luxury hotel is fit for any real housewife! But if you’re looking to relive your teenage Laguna Beach years and channel your inner Lauren Conrad, then check out the Ritz-Carlton. Not only does it offer spectacular views of the coastline, but Raya By Richard Sandoval offers some of the best – and delicious - meals you will ever get in California!

Dinner at Monarch Beach’s private beach is also a must as you watch the sun set while enjoying some of the freshest seafood you'll ever eat.

But it was the VIP shopping experience at South Coast Plaza that made me feel like a real housewife! After lunch at the famed Anqi Gourmet Bistro, we were off on our own private tour of the mall with Hollywood stylist Deborah Keillor. Having dressed some of the biggest names in Hollywood including Julia Roberts, Heather Locklear, Dolly Parton, Rob Lowe, and John Stamos.

Deborah shared her insight knowledge on all the big designers including Dolce & Gabbana, Fendi and Robert Cavalli. But it was getting to try on the Yeezy Season 4 boots, as seen on none other than Kim Kardashian that was the real treat!

Orange County has so much to offer and it’s the perfect way to end a Californian adventure on a high!
