The flight attendants' uniforms slammed as 'too sexy'
Three of Malaysia's airlines are under scrutiny from the government over their 'revealing' uniforms.
Budget carriers AirAsia, Firefly and Malindo have all been criticised by politicians, with one even calling for an investigation by the Malaysian Aviation Commission.
Senator Abdullah Mat Yasim of the ruling Umno party, said in Parliament that the fitted attire of AirAsia’s and Firefly’s female flight attendants can “arouse passengers”.

And, he added, their “eye-catching outfits” could "arouse passengers" and do not reflect the fact that Malaysia's official religion is Islam.
”The Malaysian Aviation Commission (MAVCOM) must really look into this,” he said.
Firefly faced a backlash from travellers and women's groups in March 2016 over a series of ads in which prices were plastered across flight attendants' bottoms.
The airline was forced to issue an apology.
Malindo's uniforms were “acceptable”, Abdullah said, because while their outfits were tight-fitting, they covered the body's “sensitive areas”.
The airlines have not responded.
