London’s Night Tube will run for 24 hours on Fridays and Saturdays, starting this Friday on the Victoria and Central lines. It will be extended to other lines later in the British autumn.

The service will allow everyone who wants to enjoy late evenings, or very early mornings, to take the tube home once their frivolities are over.

The trains will run every 10 minutes through Central London and will cost the same as an off-peak fare (so not expensive).

Tube cards will be active until 4:29 the following morning.

To ensure trips are safe there will be about 100 British transport police officers on board.

Now may be the time to get over to the city that never sleeps, because you can enjoy it’s sights on the weekend 24/7.
