Three starters and four main courses to choose from, cooked fresh (to your liking) and served on real plates with real cutlery. And breakfast is made to order – you’re handed a form to fill out before bedtime, and can choose from a range of ingredients (and how you’d like your eggs cooked).
The bar is open for most of the flight, with a friendly flight attendant there to mix you a drink, plenty of snacks and people to chat to. In the morning, there’s coffee, tea and pastries to keep you going until breakfast.
