We’re more used to hearing her dish out diet advice, but TV star Gillian McKeith schooled everyone in much more than their health when she rocked the London Fashion Week catwalk in a barely-there outfit that highlighted her epic pins.

The 58-year-old is known for her no-nonsense approach on UK TV show You Are What You Eat, but put her money where her mouth is in a safety-pin dress that barely skimmed the top of her thighs.

Clearly in her element as she rocked the tiny slogan tee and glittery boots, Gillian couldn't keep the smile off her face as she played up to the cameras on the catwalk.

With her dress accessorised by a safety pin hem, Gillian rocked the fashion forward look for a good cause, modelling her daughter Afton McKeith's first t-shirt collection which is helping to raise funds for charity.

The TV star's look had many comparing her to British model Elizabeth Hurley’s famed safety pin Versace dress.

It’s not the first time Gillian’s pushed the fashion boundaries.

The nutritionist stepped out with her daughter Afton at a UK bash last month, leaving little to the imagination in a sheer cut out gown.
