Tziporah Malkah just plead guilty to assaulting her ex during a heated argument.
And in an unusual move, the former model decided to celebrate her case being over by taking a series of selfies outside of court.
Taking to Facebook, Tziporah — who was previously known as Kate Fischer — shared the news it was “finally over” alongside some happy snaps with what appears to be her legal team.
With a huge grin on her face, the 44 year-old looks delighted with the result.
“Finally over! The sword of Damocles no longer hanging over my head,” she wrote. “Onwards & upwards from now on!”
James Packer’s ex-fiancée had earlier appeared in Victor Harbor Magistrates Court, south of Adelaide, about a dispute with her then partner, Guy Vasey, about her sick cat and in January 2018.
Tziporah will not have a conviction recorded against her after the magistrate took her good record and early guilty plea into consideration.
But fans have been quick to point out that perhaps she shouldn’t be celebrating, considering she just admitted assault.
“She was convicted of domestic violence, assaulted police and women on here think its a reason to celebrate,” one user wrote underneath. “Absolutely disgusting, if it was a male offender you would all be up in arms.”
“You are one ballsy lady!!” another said. “Love ya, always hold your head high, but not sure this should be shown to everyone not sure this should be shown to everyone.”
Some however thought it was an occasion worth marking, showing their support for her.
“Here’s a toast to our wonderful and beautiful Tziporah Malkah, a fantastic outcome today,” one said.
“Well done Tziporah!!! We love you!!” another said.
Tziporah and Guy dated on and off for a year before the incident occurred in January.
