Waleed Aly isn't impressed with Kylie Jenner's Forbes cover

Just like many others, Waleed Aly wasn’t at all impressed with Kylie Jenner appearing on the most recent cover of Forbes.

The 20-year-old made history as the youngest person on the magazine’s list of America’s Richest Self Made Women.

However, on The Project on Thursday night Waleed questioned what was self-made about the makeup mogul.

“So, in what way is she self made?” the 39-year-old questioned. “She didn’t have a lemonade stall somewhere and built it up.”

Attempting to come to Kylie’s defence, panelist Tommy Little accused his co-host of putting the star down “because she’s young”.

But Waleed insisted that wasn’t the reason.

“That’s not why I’m knocking her down,” he said. “I’m knocking her down because she is part of an empire that doesn’t do anything.”

Just like Waleed, many others weren’t buying the line that Kylie is self made either.
