The world has been rocked by two devastating tragedies in the past week with the deaths by suicide of designer Kate Spade and TV chef Anthony Bourdain.

As fans come to terms with the loss, an anonymous post about depression has really been resonating with people.

It details the struggles people face when they’re battling with depression, what it feels like, and how we should take action if we want to stop losing people to it.

After it was shared on Facebook by a Canadian woman, it quickly went viral.
