Carrie Bickmore has raised four million dollars in UNDER 24 hours

Aussie darling Carrie Bickmore has just hit a huge milestone in her bid to raise money for brain cancer.

Last night her charity, Carrie’s Beanies 4 Brain Cancer  kicked off it’s 2018 campaign on Channel 10’s The Project with 2.1 million being raised by the end of the show alone.


Now, the charity has has reached an INSANE amount of 4 million dollars and that’s in UNDER 24 hours.

This incredible figure was made by just beanie sales alone without counting additional donations made.


Announcing the news on her radio show, Carrie and Tommy on the Hit Network this afternoon, she said:

“People have been buying and buying and buying,” she said. “And now we have raised four million dollars!”

Last night, Carrie’s colleagues put together their time and let’s face it, pride, to do things that they wouldn’t normally do in hopes of raising some serious dosh.

Carrie’s co-host, Tommy Little, went the extra mile – and bungee jumped NAKED from a platform in Cairns, Queensland.

The 33-year-old covered his privates with a beanie, proving he’s just a bloody legend.

During their show, Carrie expressed her love for her co-host.


“I couldn’t have done this without you,” she told him. “You are a deadset legend and I’m so delighted I get to work with you everyday, but the support you’ve shown me during this campaign,

“I’m not going to get sentimental because I might get teary, so I’m going to keep it fun and say you’re fricken awesome.”
