Cat's Bachelor secret we don't see on TV

Last night’s episode of The Bachelor saw Nick Cummins, aka the Honey Badger, confront villain Cat and ask her if she’s only on the show to promote her jewellery business.

And while the 24-year-old Bali-based entrepreneur denies that’s the case, there’s now proof she always had her bling biz front of mind during The Bachelor.

Speaking to Be, the show’s most recently eliminated contestant Blair revealed Cat would ask the other girls in the mansion to wear samples from her jewellery line to achieve exposure on national television.

“Cat did pull out the business all the time,” says Blair. “She always had all of the girls wearing her jewellery, all of her earrings. She was always pushing for that.”

Blair explains that cocktail party attire was chosen by the Channel Ten show’s official stylists, but casual looks in between were all created by the contestants themselves.

“So during those day-to-day times, Cat would get everything out on the table and let everybody wear whatever they wanted to wear,” she explains.

Blair says she didn’t fall for the glitz and glam of Cat’s jewellery label called Henesii.

“No I didn’t [wear it],” she laughs. “I’ve got my own jewellery and I don’t really take it off.”

During last night’s episode of The Bachelor, the contestants had the opportunity to meet Nick’s family.

Nick’s sister in particular was wary of Cat’s intentions, and alerted her bachelor brother that business motives may be underlying her reason to join the show.

Cat however firmly denied that’s the case when Nick pulled her aside for a chat at the cocktail party.

The Bachelor continues tonight at 7:30pm on Channel Ten.
