Benji and Cameron 'trying for baby'

Cameron Diaz and Benji Madden have been loved-up ever since their whirlwind romance kicked off in 2014.

After being introduced by their sister-in-law Nicole Richie, the two immediately hit it off and were married just seven months later.

And now, the couple are reportedly looking to take a major step by becoming parents.

According to claims published in OK! Magazine, Cameron, 44, is getting serious about becoming a mum.

“After some time of off IVF, Cam is back into it now,” a close pal told the publication. “[She] made a deal with Benji – she said she’d put all her time and effort into getting pregnant over the next few months, but after she turns 45 in August, that’s it.”

The star has been trying to get pregnant ever since she tied the knot, with Life & Style reporting back in 2015 that Cam had struggled with infertility.

“[Cam] is doing everything she can to get pregnant, like working out and eating fertility-boosting foods,” a source told the publication. “She’s even resorted to scheduling sex.”

Going through another round of IVF is a decision Cameron hasn’t made lightly, with the OK! source revealing the process is “an emotional roller-coaster” for the star.

“The treatments caused her moods to swing wildly, she gained weight and she was an emotional wreck through the process.”

Benji, 38, has made no secret of his desire to have children, and is a doting uncle to his niece Harlow, 9, and nephew Sparrow, 8.

“I have a great family, so I'm lucky I've gotten to experience all the joys of having a family," Benji told Who in 2015. "I love kids.”

With OK! reporting that the actress was spotted at a Beverly Hills medical clinic wearing baggy clothing, a big announcement might come sooner rather than later!
