Carrie Bickmore reveals her awkward formal photos

• The Project__s Carrie Bickmore shared some throwback photos of her attending her high school formal.

The bubbly TV host explained how she was "never going to score" because of her regrettable outfit choice.

"I remember going to this prom with this guy, and I so thought I was gonna score. I thought I was getting a pash by the end of that night" she spilled.

But things didn't quite go to plan...

"When he [James, Carrie's date] rocked up he said to me - this is how much I was never gonna score - 'I think my grandma's couch is made out of that material'", she said to her co-hosts Pete Helliar, Waleed Aly and Fitzy while in a fit of giggles.

Carrie said her mum brought over the "shocking" photos over the weekend, which triggered the hilarious memories.
