The Bachelor’s Eliza sings original song for Kyle and Jackie O

Eliza made quite the first impression on The Bachelor last night when she tried to woo Richie with a song she had written for him.

In case you missed it, some of the lyrics included, "Look at you, my heartbeat is forever new. I bet you're real romantic always ready for a laugh."

Yes. That's right, she sung that to Richie.

Now today the 31-year-old from Sydney has rejigged the lyrics for a special radio performance on the Kyle and Jackie O show.

"I took it upon myself to change the lyrics of the original song just for you," she told the breakfast hosts.

"Look at you, Kyle you make me smile. Jackie I always love how you're ready for a laugh.

"Look at you Kyle, you make me want to pick up the phone and dial. Crazy as this may be how about we have a cup of tea. Kyle and Jackie you make me make me smile."

Grammy winning lyrics right there.

When asked why she decided to sing Richie a song, instead of maybe just saying hello, the event coordinator said she wanted to make a lasting impression.

"The thing is that you are up against 21 other girls, you have to stand out from the crowd. I've never been a wallflower in my life so I thought I would bring it all. And if he was picking up what I was putting down then good on him," she said.

Eliza also admitted that some of the girls were disappointed to find out that Richie was the man they'd all be vying for, however she was quick to point out, she wasn't one of those girls.

"For me I go for personality and he's definitely a personality. He's quirky and pretty funny. He's a nice guy."

The Bachelor airs on Wednesday and Thursdays at 7:30pm.
