Roxy’s breast cancer battle came just weeks after her husband, Oliver Curtis, was jailed for insider trading.
Allison asked Roxy what she thought of ‘normal’ people questioning the timing of her diagnosis.
“You’ve got too much time on your hands if you say that. I don’t really give a f*** what they think on my timing,” she said in response.
“They can say that, the reality is, it’s not something that I ever thought I would face.”
The 36-year-old revealed she found a lump in her breast last month.
In the 60 Minutes promotional clip Roxy is seen in a hospital bed waiting to go into an operating theatre with Allison Langdon by her bedside.
The mother-of-two described herself as a single mum in the interview and said that she doesn’t want to let her children down.
“It is what it is. I’m unfortunately the person who has got the cancer, my husband is in jail and I’m now a single mother,” she said on the program.
Roxy said that she and her husband don’t ‘discuss’ what happened, saying, “he’s got no reason to lie to me.”
The mum-of-two is currently in Hong Kong with her two children Pixie and Hunter.
