Process of elimination? Sam Frost reveals her tip to finding the winner of The Bachelor

Sam Frost knows a thing or two about finding love on reality television, after a stint on The Bachelor before becoming Australia's first Bachelorette.

And now the breakfast radio host has shared her thoughts when it comes to picking the winner of the current series of The Bachelor, which stars former flame Richie Strahan.

Sam took to Twitter to express her view, saying it all comes down to the contestants use of social media.

"It's safe to assume anyone Bach (sic) girl posting on social media or updating their profile doesn't "win" the Bachelor," she tweeted before adding the hashtag "Process of elimination."

Several of the girls have active on social media, with Megan Marx and Noni Janur all posting to Facebook and Snapchat in recent days.

Interestingly earlier this week, swimwear designer Noni uploaded photos of the final ten girls from a recent magazine shoot and tagged every girl currently on the popular series, EXCEPT for Nikki Gogan. Several of the girls also commented on the photo, yet Nikki remained suspiciously quiet.

Nikki caused a stir last month during a radio interview when she got her tenses mixed up while speaking about her time on the show, suggesting that she was the winner of the series.

"When I first met him I was in his eyes immediately," she said

"And that’s something that continues ... continued, continued," she added correcting herself.

As for Megan, the former frontrunner of the series sensationally walked out on Richie during last night's episode.
