Nick and Joe Jonas get matching tattoos HOURS before VMAs

Nick Jonas has spent some quality time with older brother Joe, filming the pair getting matching tattoos just HOURS before they walked the white carpet at the 2016 VMAs.

Joe's band DNCE is nominated for Best New Artist, while Nick is due to perform "Bacon" with Ty Dolla $ign at the show.

Nick documented his day getting ready for the award ceremony on Snapchat, giving fans a behind-the-scenes look as he left Madison Square Garden in New York City following rehearsals.

Joe made an appearance on his brother's Snapchat, with Nick using different filters as the pair hung out.

Nick then filmed his brother getting a tattoo on the back of his arm, before it was his turn to get tattooed.

The brothers showed off their new ink, each with a simple arrow on the back of their arms.

Nothing like some brotherly bonding!
