* He was also reportedly seen throwing a bag of weapons and drugs from a window during the show down.

According to TMZ, a woman, believed to be beauty queen Baylee Curran, called 911 and accused Brown of pulling a gun on her, prompting police to surround the singer’s house.

Baylee claims the trouble started when she admired a piece of his jewellery.

“Chris just started at it, 'how many times do I have to tell you girls'. He pulled out his gun and pointed it at me, that was pretty much it. They tried getting me to sign a waiver after,” she told TMZ.

The report says she tried to leave, but the rapper's entourage wouldn’t let her take her cell phone until she signed a non-disclosure agreement. She refused to sign, and she and her friend left before they called the police.

This morning Sunrise reported that Chris's crew are claiming the blonde model is making the claims up for publicity.

However, Baylee insists that's not the case, with the aspiring actress, telling Kiss 101.1 FM she was at Brown’s place for a “go-see for music videos”.

“So I came in from the backyard and there was a man showcasing the jewellery and that’s when I was admiring one piece, it was a diamond cross necklace,” Curran told the Melbourne-based station.

“That’s when Chris’ friend, or I don’t know who he was to Chris, noticed that I was looking at it, and warned me to step away, ‘don’t touch the diamonds, get the f** outside’, started kinda nudging me in the shoulder to get back outside, and then that’s when Chris pulled a gun and said, ‘get the f*** out. Like, I’ve had enough of you girls, haven’t I told you girls enough’, and then that’s when I left.”

Chris has now posted videos on Instagram of himself inside the mansion, professing his innocence.

Using offensive language, he's indicated that he will not let the LAPD in until they obtain a warrant.

Officers are waiting for Brown’s attorney, Mark Geragos, before they search the place, the Los Angeles Times reported.

A SWAT team has also been reportedly dispatched to Brown’s property.

Police are in the process of getting a search warrant. Chris has not left the house, but multiple sources told the website he told cops: “Come and get me.”

Chris posted NSFW video in which he refers to Black Lives Matter, saying “f*** the police.”
