Calvin Harris shades Taylor Swift in acceptance speech

It seems as if Calvin Harris couldn't help but rub salt into Taylor's Swift's fresh break-up wound.

The DJ won Patron Solo Artist Of The Year Award at the GQ Men of the Year Awards and took a subtle dig at his ex during his acceptance speech.

"I feel at 32 I'm nearing the end. Just kidding," he joked. "I'd like to dedicate this to my manager Mark Gillespie for being a fantastic man. We've been through a lot and discovered a lot this year."

Hmm, we wonder what, or who he could be talking about. *Ahem* Taylor Swift.

Despite the pair insisting they ended on amicable terms earlier this year, Calvin penned a revenge break-up song and slammed her on social media following their split.

The Scottish DJ told fans that his ex isn't as innocent as she makes out to be.

"She controlled the media and this situation, I had no idea what was going on. So that kind of makes it a lot worse from my perspective," he told one fan.

He also took a swipe at her after it was leaked she helped write lyrics for his anthem This Is What You Came For featuring Rihanna.

"Hurtful to me at this point that her and her team would go so far out of their way to try and make ME look bad at this stage though," he tweeted.

"I know you're off tour and you need someone new to try and bury like Katy ETC but I'm not that guy, sorry. I won't allow it."

Ouch!

He then released Ole, a song about Taylor supposedly cheating on him with Tom Hiddleston.

Taylor is probably feeling pretty sorry for herself at the moment following the news of her alleged split from The Night Manager star.

According to Us Weekly, the singer dumper Tom because she felt he was riding on her coattails for fame.

"She was the one to put the brakes on the relationship," a source spilled. "Tom wanted the relationship to be more public than she was comfortable with. Taylor knew the backlash that comes with public displays of affection but Tom didn't listen to her concerns when she brought them up."
