'There is no home connection': Iggy Azalea disses Australia AGAIN

She was born and raised in Australia, but it seems Iggy Azalea is keen to leave her homeland behind.

The rapper, who moved from Mullumbimby, NSW to the United States at 16 to pursue her musical career, has revealed she no longer thinks of herself as Australian.

"I mean, to be honest with you, my home is in America," she told The Herald Sun.

"It's great to come back [to Australia] and visit my grandparents, but there is no home connection."

Well that's a bit sad Iggy!

Iggy also hinted that there was a lack of musical talent when she was growing up in Australia and that's why she left to go overseas.

"To be the best, you have to compete with the best. The people I saw back then who I saw in the charts, who were at the top of our charts, were American," she added.

And it's not the first time the Fancy singer has dissed her homeland, previously saying she had never really felt at home in Australia and her unusual ways of doing things often made her feel like an outcast.

Her comments come somewhat ill-timed, with Iggy spending a lot of time back in Australia this year after being named a judge on Channel Seven's X Factor, joining Aussies Jason Dundas and Guy Sebastian, and American singer Adam Lambert.
