Angelina and her team 'planning to take down’ Brad

Angelina Jolie and her team are reportedly conspiring to “take down” Brad Pitt in what will be the biggest divorce of the decade.

According to TMZ, the actor is keen to resolve their marriage amicably for the sake of their children and is “furious” at his ex for spinning stories about him.

Brad reportedly said the actress has “unleashed hell” because their entire family has become targets for the paparazzi while reports have also claimed that a shocking 'incident' may have prompted the divorce.

“Brad still cares for Angelina very much and respects her as the other of his children,” a source tells the Daily Mail.

“But after the rhetoric that has been put overt the past 24 hours about his drinking and doing drugs, along with the completely untrue rumours about him having an affair with his co-star Marion Cotillard, he is hoping to be able to turn down the volume.”

Angie filed for divorce from Brad on Monday for 'the health of her family', two years after the couple wed at their French estate Chateau Miraval.

A source revealed that the 41-year-old Maleficent star made the decision because of the way “Brad was parenting the children.”

It’s also been revealed by the Mirror that Brad was blindsided by the divorce papers.

Under California divorce law, neither of them will be allowed to leave the state or the country with any of their six children – 15-year-old Maddox, Pax, 12, Zahara, 11, Shiloh, 10, and twins Knox and Vivienne, eight - unless they have the consent of the other parent.
