Jim Carrey's ex drafted suicide notes years before death

Jim Carrey is being sued for wrongful death by the family of his late girlfriend, who allege he contributed to her suicide by giving her three STDs.

However, it's now been revealed that his ex, Cathriona White, actually drafted several suicide notes in the years leading up to her September 2015 death, suggesting she'd been thinking of taking her own life for some time.

The first note was from October 2012, two months after she started dating Jim, and a month after her father passed away.

She wrote: "I just don't belong to this world, I don't fit, I've tried over and over to belong but I don't."

She also added: "I love Jim and I'm sorry I bought turmoil into his life."

Cathriona penned another note in May 2013 - after the pair split up - where she accuses Jim of giving her STDs, including herpes and chlamydia.

"I want you to get together and release to the press about all the physical abuse, mental abuse and diseases that Jim gave me," she wrote.

"The world needs so know so Jim can learn from this."

Around 18 months after this note was written, Cathriona and Jim rekindled their relationship and were photographed in Malibu together.

Just nine days later, the make-up artist took her own life on Sept. 28, 2015. She was 30 years old.

The tragic contents of her final suicide note was revealed just months after her passing.

"I've spent 3 days now in disbelief that you're not here. I can go on brokenhearted and try to put the pieces back. I could, I just don't have the will this time," she penned to Jim.

"I'm sorry you felt I wasn't there for you. I tried to give you my best part.

“I don't really know about burial or that sort of thing. You are my family so whatever you choose will be fine."
