Why did Prince Harry cancel secret visit with new girlfriend?

Prince Harry has reportedly pulled out of a secret trip to visit his new rumoured lady love Meghan Markle.

The 32-year-old Brit was apparently meant to catch a British Airways flight from Heathrow to Toronto at 11.30am yesterday but failed to turn up.

“The flight was booked last week but he was a no-show,” the source tells The Evening Standard.

“The crew for the British Airways flight know the Prince was booked to travel with them. It appears he pulled out at the last minute and decided not to travel.”

Just yesterday news broke that Harry was romantically linked to Suits actress Meghan Markle.

Harry is said to be "besotted" by her after they met in Toronto, where he was promoting the Invictus Games.

"He's happier than he's been for years," a source told the Daily Star.

"They are taking each week as it comes and just enjoying each other's company but it's fair to say that they love seeing each other and there's a definite chemistry between them. He's in a very relaxed period of his life and Meghan has come along at the right time."

Meghan shared a photo on Instagram of her wearing a charity bracelet, thought to have been given to her by the prince, who owns a matching one.

Kensington Palace has declined to comment on the "private matter".
