Can't catch a break! Now Adam Lambert slams 'diva' Iggy

You could cut the tension between Iggy Azalea and Guy Sebastian with a knife and now it seems fellow X Factor judge Adam Lambert has a few choice words about her as well!

Appearing on Sunrise, the American singer slammed Iggy, labelling her a diva and suggesting she's not taking aspects of the reality show seriously.

When asked what he thinks of the Australian rapper, Adam didn't hold back in giving an honest opinion.

"To totally be honest with you, I have no personal issue with Iggy. She and I have found some sort of common ground, but she is quite a diva," he told host Sam Armytage.

"She shows up late, you never know what you’re going to get with her, it’s never boring.”

“There were a couple of times where I was like, ‘girl, where the hell are you?’” He added when pressed on whether or not he found Iggy's antics frustrating.

The 2009 American Idol runner-up also told Kyle and Jackie O on Friday morning that while he enjoys the mentoring aspects of the talent program he suggested Iggy isn't taking it as seriously as the other judges.

“Let’s face it, the mentoring’s b*******,” Kyle said.

“No, I like the mentoring,” Lambert replied before adding, “I think some of the other judges, maybe it’s b******* for them."

Although he refused to name names, it became clear who he speaking about when radio co-host Jackie added, “Guy [Sebastian] told us that Iggy’s been turning up late on set, she can’t do that now because it’s live shows so I’m certain that problem has ironed itself out?”

“But the mentoring is not live ... so,” Adam continued.

The Ghost Town singer's comments come weeks after Guy also publicly dissed Mullumbimby-raised Iggy.

Speaking on Sunrise last month, Guy addressed the pair's strained relationship on X Factor.

“We’re very different people, me and Iggy Azalea — I’m awesome and she’s not,” he joked.

“I don’t hate Iggy ... we clash. I don’t know what she’s thinking a lot of the time.”

He also was quick to reveal that Iggy had been turning up hours late on set during a recent radio interview.

“She’s just down the road in a nice hotel we’ve put her up in, just chilling and watching movies," he said.
