Fighting fit! Jodi Anasta back to her healthy best

The past year has no doubt been quite eventful for Jodi Anasta, as she split from her husband Braith and took on a new acting role in Neighbours.

But the 31-year-old Australian actress seems to have bounced back from the tougher times, looking fighting fit as she makes the most of Sydney’s warmer weather leading up to Summer.

Jodi was recently seen sporting some black workout at a local, looking the picture of health as she spent time with her daughter Aleeia, two.

She was seen wearing a sleeveless black top teamed with a pair of matching shorts, and of course a pair of running shoes and stylish sunglasses completed her workout look.

Jodi and retired NRL star Braith confirmed their split in December last year.

“We are going to continue to support each other and remain best of friends, we only want the best for each other and more importantly our amazing daughter Aleeia,” the couple said in an official statement.

“They would really appreciate it if the media can afford them some privacy during this time.”

Jodi and Braith, who tied the knot in October 2012, welcomed daughter Aleeia in March 2014.

The split was no doubt difficult for the former Home And Away actress, and in March she spoke about the importance of maintaining resilience.

“There are times when I think about my life and everything that happens, and I feel like I’ve learned how to roll with the punches,” she told The Daily Telegraph at the time.

Also commenting on her relationship with co-parent Braith, she said: “We are still supportive, and we can do things as a family. [Braith’s] an amazing father, he really is”.

Meanwhile when speaking to Be in September, 34-year-old Braith revealed that he and Jodi have no issues when it comes to their relationship, despite ending their marriage last year.

“The amazing part is Jodi and I are 50/50 split down the line, there is no animosity there, we get along really well and Aleeia sees that and sees that we are still friends," he said.

"It’s a good relationship and it’s a happy one. All we can do is try and give Aleeia the best upbringing that we can and I think we are doing that.”

Braith added: "I have her every week, Monday to Friday, I’m a lucky dad and she’s amazing, she’s a beautiful girl who is growing up quick so I’m very very lucky”.

“She’s amazing. I’ll take her away again once the season is over. She’s fantastic."
