Brad's special gift for the Clooney twins

They have one of Hollywood's strongest bromances, so it's no surprise Brad Pitt wanted to give George Clooney's new bubs a heartfelt gift.

The 53-year-old reportedly dropped in on new parents George and Amal while recently in the UK, not only shower the couple's newborn twins with gifts but to impart some fatherly wisdom on his BFF!

Affectionately nicknamed Uncle Brad, the star picked out gifts for Ella and Alexander that even had a special connection to his own brood of six.

"Uncle Brad swung through London to see George and Amal and to meet their new babies during his time in Europe. [He] even brought gifts for the little ones," an insider revealed to HollywoodLife.com.

Having experience with his eight-year-old twins Vivienne and Knox, the War Machine actor knows how to avoid any fights between the kids in years to come!

"Brad bought the kids new matching toy dolls from Africa," the source continued, adding that Brad's 12-year-old daughted Zahara has the same doll.

"Zahara fell in love with the same type of toy doll when she was a baby, and Brad wanted to help recreate the same fond memories with George and his new children."

Aw, how sweet!

But Brad wasn't here just to drop off the presents, even giving the 56-year-old first-time dad some advice on "how to prevent diaper rash" which reportedly gave Amal the giggles!

Brad and soon-to-be ex-wife Angelina Jolie are also parents to sons Maddox, 15, Pax, 13, and 11-year-old daughter Shiloh.

Meanwhile George and his 39-year-old lawyer wife are adjusting quite nicely to life as a family of four.

"George says the biggest thing he’s learned since becoming a father is the absolute joy and wonder of unconditional love. Obviously, he’s loved, and continues to love, many people in his life — with Amal being his greatest love, and his soulmate. But the twins’ birth has taken it to a whole new level," HollywoodLife.com added.

"George would seriously lay down his life in a heartbeat for Alexander and Ella, and even now, when he looks at them snuggled up, he is overcome with emotion and brought to the verge of tears."
