Blac Chyna 'threatens to sue' boyfriend over nude pics

After being granted a restraining order against ex-fiancé Rob Kardashian for posting revenge porn, Blac Chyna is threatening to sue her current beau for doing the same thing.

Despite already sharing a series of semi-nude photos of himself and the 29-year-old in bed, rapper Rarri True was slapped with a letter from Chyna's attorney Lisa Bloom saying the mother-of-two won't hesitate to take further legal action should more explict images turn up online.

"Posting online or distributing photos of Ms White's [Chyna's] intimate body parts is a crime punishable by fines and jail time," the letter cited by TMZ reads.

The high-profile civil rights lawyer also referenced California's revenge porn laws in the letter which "prohibits the intentional distribution of non-consensual pornography". TMZ adds the action can be punisable with up to six months jail time.

A judge granted Chyna a temporary restraining order against her reality TV star ex on Tuesday, in the wake of Rob's bizarre online meltdown last week where he posted revenge porn.

Accompanied by her attorneys, Chyna appeared in a Los Angeles court where she told the judge she was "terrified" of Rob.

According to court documents Chyna's terror is a result of an incident that occurred between the former couple, where Rob allegedly pulled a gun and threated to kill himself earlier this year, DailyMail reported.

The restraining order is effective until August and bars Rob from physically coming near Chyna or posting about her online, however the former couple will maintain joint custody of their eight-month-old daughter Dream Kardashian.

While Rob did not appear in court, he was represented by his lawyer Robert Shapiro.

"This was a restraining order to protect Dream and I'm just gonna get back to co-parenting Dream," the model said.

Last week 30-year-old KeepingUp With The Kardashian's star took to Instagram and Twitter sharing a series of bizarre posts where he accused Chyna of being unfaithful and abusing drugs and alcohol while in the same house as their daughter.

He then posted a series of explict photos of Chyna on Instagram before his account was shut down. Rob then took this tirade to Twitter.

Chyna's lawyer Bloom told reporters outside of court the restraining order was a "total victory" as they proceed to make Rob accountable for his actions.
