Wippa talks about keeping the romance 'alive'

With his busy radio career and two young boys life for Michael 'Wippa' Wipfli must get a bit crazy.

While on The Morning Show with his wife Lisa, the pair gave details on how they keep the romance alive.

The couple tied the knot back in 2013 and have two children together, Ted, 2, and one-year-old Jack.

“We’re in separate beds!” Wippa joked.

The radio host jokingly discussed just making time out of your day for ten minutes of cuddling and asked hosts Kylie Gillies and Larry Emdur to join in.

Casting jokes aside, Lisa explained how they make time for each other once their boys are asleep for the night.

She said: “When the kids go down, Mike just gives me a nice big hug when we’re in the kitchen cooking dinner as if like, ‘Well done, we made it through another day.’”

When asked how he makes time for the his two kids, Wippa revealed he’s actually a very “hands-on” Dad.

The doting father was even up late with one of his sons the night before because he was “screaming”.

His wife also had nothing but praise for the 37-year-old saying he was “amazing”.
