Kevin Spacey enters same rehab clinic as Harvey Weinstein
The scandal surrounding Kevin Spacey has taken another similar turn to that of Harvey Weinstein.
After being accused of various allegations of sexual misconduct, the shamed Oscar winner has entered a $47,000 AUD a month treatment centre in Arizona.
The Meadows is the same exclusive clinic that disgraced Weinstein has sought help, after the snowballing allegations of abuse and assault mounted against him last month.
According to the Daily Mail, Spacey is being treated for sexual addiction at the elite hideout, which also provides support for drug and alcohol addiction, eating disorders and trauma.
The report states other celebs who've been treated there includes Tiger Woods, Selena Gomez and Elle Macpherson.
After actor Anthony Rapp came forward to claim Spacey had tried to "seduce" him in 1986, when he was just 14, a slew of other men have come forward with similar stories that date back years.
One included a British barman who claimed the House of Cards star had once tried to buy his "silence" by giving him an expensive watching after he "flashed" him on a bench.
While the 58-year-old actor has spoken since his ill-received statement on Monday, a representative told Variety Spacey is seeking help after several men came forward claiming the star sexually harassed them.
As a result of the mounting allegations, Spacey released a statement saying he was taking time out to "seek evaluation and treatment," his rep told the outlet.
And it seems as if he's following in the footsteps of disgraced Miramax owner, Harvey Weinstein, who has also gone a sex scandal.
It was the exposé published in the New York Times about Harvey Weinstein's alleged sexual predator behaviour that shone a light on the industry's behaviour.
Weinstein has been accused of over 50 different offences, some of which are being investigated by the FBI.
Another report on RadarOnline, said Spacey, who came out as gay after the first allegation against him emerged, will entered the centre at the end of last week.
According to their website the centre, which boasts being the best sex rehabilitation program in the world, offers horse riding, yoga, acupuncture and 'mindfulness meditation'.
