Lindsay Lohan: 'I've been bitten by a snake'
Lindsay Lohan's tranquil holiday to Thailand has been abruptly interrupted after the actress was bitten by a snake.
The 31-year-old shared a video to her Instagram of her relaxing surrounds, before telling her 6 million followers about the nasty attack that happened during a hike.
"I love this it's so beautiful, an amazing place," Lindsay says. "Aside from my snake bite."
Then the camera pans down to her leg, where an angry red cut can visibly be seen on her leg.
"I got bit by a snake on a hike the other day," she continues. "The positive side of it is I'm OK. Happy New Year and God bless."
Mean Girls star Lindsay appears to have been in Thailand since the start of November for a lengthy Christmas vacation, posting from her luxury Thai resort, Trisara, for the first time seven weeks ago.
The swanky holiday destination in Phuket is a fave with celebs, with Lindsay's one time BFF Paris Hilton recently staying there.
Luckily it seems the snake bite isn't anything to worry about and the Hollywood star has clearly settled back into her relaxing vaycay.
"My Shaman told me it was good luck and positive and energy," she explained to her seemingly worried fans.
However, Lindsay may well have bigger worries on her mind as yesterday it was reported in People that the former child actress owes the US government £75,000 in taxes.
