Pokemon Go has literally taken over the world.

You can't swing a cat without running into a character from the cartoon, and now it's hit Summer Bay.

A recent video from Home And Away shows Kyle Pryor (Nate) chatting to Penny McNamee (Tori), but the scene has been hijacked by Pokemon characters.

HIGHlarious.
