With envy-inducing snaps from countless picturesque locations in the Southern Hemisphere, the only thing more stunning than her backdrops is her insanely fit body.
So, how exactly does she get that toned tum and pert derriere? We’ve chatted to the Aussie Bombshell who’s let us in on a few secrets about her workout routine.
“I’ve been travelling a bit recently and haven’t had access to a gym, which I hate, so I’ve just been doing heaps of running and body weight workouts,” she tells Be exclusively.
“When I don’t have much time or any equipment I find this one great: five sets of Burpees, 10 Push-ups and 15 squats. I do it all in a minute and repeat for 10 minutes.”
“I love to mix it up,” she adds. “On average I’ll do three runs a week, a mix of long distance, intervals and soft sand. I also do a cross fit class with friends here in France and love weight training on my own.”
Dundovic is extremely passionate about fitness and is actually studying the Master Trainer program with the Australian Institue of Fitness at the moment, with plans to become a personal trainer.
But surprisingly it’s not actually her thirst to train that gets her out of bed in the morning, it’s her love of food!
“I’m always so hungry when I wake up and I love breakfast so that usually does the trick,” she laughs.
“I also set my alarm to be a song I love and that way I wake up excited.”
