Logan Paul thinks he deserves a 'second chance'

Disgraced Youtuber Logan Paul has revealed he thinks he deserves a ‘second chance’ after apologising twice for a video he uploaded of Japan's 'suicide forest'.

The 22-year-old spoke to TMZ outside LAX this week and when asked if he deserved another shot he said “everyone deserves second chances”.

It’s been two weeks since he posted a video of an apparent suicide victim while visiting Aokigahara on his Youtube channel, causing outrage around the globe.

When asked what he had learned from the situation he said he’d learned “everything”. “So many things”.

He did think he had been treated fairly for what he had done but revealed there would be a message for Youtube coming, after the platform ceased original projects with him and revoked his YouTube's Google Preferred programme privileges.

Online however, people were not so quick to forgive Logan.

“No he doesn't tbh... What he did was utterly disgusting and he deserves all the hate, backlash, and opportunities taken away from him,” a person commented on Youtube.

But others thought he had apologised and deserved to be able to move on with his life.

“Everyone makes mistakes. Yeah he screwed up but give him another chance on,” a person wrote online.

“I think he deserves a second chance. He learned from his mistake. He wants to be better and not do it again. He knows that he should have not done it. He is sorry ,” another added.

The video of the forest was seen as insensitive to the victim and the victim's family.
