Prince William talks about Kate having twins
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge announced the joyous news they were expecting in September last year and now Prince William has discussed the idea of having twins.
While at an awards ceremony in London on Thursday night, Prince William joked about the prospect of his wife, Kate Middleton, giving birth to twins with guests, Hello! magazine reports.
"Twins? I think my mental health would be tested with twins," he reportedly said.
The prince wasn't even sure how he was going to manage with three children.
"Two is fine, I don't know how I'm going to cope with three," the 35-year-old royal admitted. "I'm going to permanently tired."
Wills and Kate are already parents to Prince George, 4, and Princess Charlotte, 2.
The duchess is due to give birth in April 2018 to the couple's third child.
Despite the gender of the baby being kept quiet, all bets are on the royal couple will be keeping the name of the new arrival classic just as they did with George and Charlotte.
So far the names William and Kate have chosen for their children have honoured family members.
Four-year-old Prince George was named in honour of Queen Elizabeth II’s father King George VI and Charlotte’s middle names Elizabeth and Diana honour her great-grandmother and late grandmother.
At the top of the list for a baby girl’s name is Alice; and for a baby boy, Arthur.
