The one thing the Queen does every morning

If there was one question we would love to ask the Queen if we met her, it would definitely be how she manages to look so good.

Her Majesty is 91-years-old but you wouldn’t know that by looking at her skin, style, and her endless supply of energy.

However one of her secrets for that eternally youthful glow has been revealed – and it turns out it something many of us do every morning.

According to Brian Hoey, who wrote At Home With The Queen, Her Majesty starts each morning with a cup of English breakfast tea.

The tea is believed to perk the Queen right up after she has a bath.

Speaking in an interview with People! magazine, he said the tea is carried in by a butler on a tray, with a jug of milk on the side.

“Waking at 7:30 a.m., she listens to her vintage Roberts radio tuned to BBC Radio 4’s Today program. She loves to hear British politicians being grilled by the presenters,” Brian told the magazine.

He also revealed that she eats Cornflakes every morning alongside her husband, Prince Philip, while browsing through the racing sections of the newspapers.

Then she looks through her “red box” which is full of correspondence from the British government.

She then goes about her royal duties, making appearances at charity events or whatever is in her diary.

In the evenings, she loves turning on the TV and is apparently a fan of British soap Coronation Street, and murder mystery show Inspector Morse.
