Human Ken doll’s nose could ‘die and fall off’

After splashing huge amounts of cash and enduring endless surgeries, ‘human Ken doll’ Rodrigo Alves has been warned going under the knife again might see his nose turn black and fall off.

Appearing on E! show Botched, a consultation from Dr. Paul Nassif sees the Brazilian model left aghast after he’s given the bad news.

After attempting to examine Rodrigo’s sunken nasal cavity, Dr Nassif explains having three surgeries within 15 months has destroyed the tissue.

“His nostrils are so small, and after what he’s gone through with the [surgery], this is probably one of the worst results and complications that I’ve seen in my entire career,” Dr Nassif reveals.

For Rodrigo, who has reportedly spent in excess of $670,000 in his attempts to model himself after a Ken doll, it’s news that’s left him wondering what went wrong.

“My nose was perfect after this last rhinoplasty, and my friends, they never had any problem at all,” Rodrigo says on the show. “I was the unlucky one. I keep asking myself no, why me?”

Dr Nassif was quick to shut down any idea Rodrigo might have of going under the knife again to fix the problem.

“Now since you just had surgery three months ago, it’s going to scar down more. It’s in a healing phase,” says the doctor.

“If you try to insult your skin one more time now, while it’s healing, there’s a high possibility that if you let one of these doctors touch your nose now, this will turn black, and then die and then fall off.”
