Pippa’s extravagant $170K wedding marquee
Pippa Middleton isn’t letting the weather get in the way of her big day.
Although her wedding on Saturday is predicted to see some showers, the bride-to-be has erected a AU$170K glass palace for her 300 guests.
Aerial shots of the wedding preparations have been released, showing the 43-metre long grand marquee being put up. The entire structure is set to take around a week to complete.
Pippa and James Matthews are set to marry in St Mark’s Church, Englefield, Berkshire, with an evening reception taking place at the nearby Middleton family home.
The Georgian mansion boasts acres of land perfect for the royal guests which will include Prince Harry and girlfriend Meghan Markle along with the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.
In a bid to really impress her guests, Pippa has ordered an overhaul of her parents’ garden, hiring a whole team of gardeners to ensure the grounds are looking their best.

All eyes are on the Middleton family as they begin to gear up for one of this year’s most high-profile weddings.
Pippa’s dress designer is still under wraps but is expected to be Giles Deacon. It is also thought that Pippa will wear a veil by top milliner Stephen Jones.
