Lisa Wilkinson mistaken for Tracy Grimshaw on Logies red carpet
They’re both former Today presenters and both have impressive careers in the television industry, but are Lisa Wilkinson and Tracy Grimshaw really that similar?
Well, one fan at this year’s Logie Awards certainly thought so.
It appears there was a case of mistaken identity on the red carpet as a fan asked The Project presenter Lisa to sign a poster, all while thinking she was actually A Current Affair host Tracy.
Lisa posted a hilarious photo to Instagram of herself signing a poster of Tracy for a fan.

“Tracy, TRACY…over here! Can you sign my poster please? Good luck! Hope you win!” Lisa captioned the photo.
Despite the mistake, the 57-year-old seemed to be happy to sign the poster.
Maybe she’s also rooting for Tracy to win this year’s Gold Logie award.
After over 30 years in the TV industry, Tracy has been nominated for the coveted award for the first time.
The renowned journalist is also nominated in the Most Popular Presenter category and in the Most Outstanding News or Public Affairs category.
