The three New Year’s resolutions Meghan Markle always has

We all have New Year’s resolutions we make each year: get to the gym, less alcohol, eating healthier may just be a few of them.

It turns out Meghan Markle also has the same recurring resolutions she makes every year.

In a resurfaced post from her former blog The Tig, the Daily Telegraph UK reports Prince Harry’s fiancée admitted to have the same three resolutions every year.

"Stop biting my nails. Stop swearing. Re-learn French,” she admitted on her blog back on January 1, 2016. “These make my New Year's resolution list nearly (AKA actually every) single year.”

The former Suits actress explained the swearing came in “lulls” and was triggered by “being overworked or feeling mighty cheeky after a couple of drinks”.

As for biting her nails, it also comes down to stress.

"And when it comes to the biting of the nails - well, it still happens with a turbulent flight or a stressful day,” the now 36-year-old wrote.

“It's unladylike. But then again, so is the swearing. Dammit."

However, we have a niggling feeling these resolutions might be very different this year New Year.

After all, she is set to marry Prince Harry in May 2018 and that will definitely involve a lot of changes in her life.
