Anna Heinrich gives new Bachies tips on how to win Richie Strahan's heart

She found love with Tim Robards three years ago during the first season of The Bachelor Australia.

So Anna Heinrich knows what it takes to win the heart of the man.

And with the fourth season of The Bachelor airing on Wednesday, Anna has offered some advice to the new lot of Bachelorettes who are all vying for the heart of Bachie, Richie Strahan.

Speaking to Be, the 29-year-old said she understands what it's like to try and find love in front of a national audience.

“I never judge. I guess for me, I’m so glad I was the first and now I get to watch," Anna said.

"I don’t think you can judge the girls because you don’t know what actually happen and what they cut out or edited."

Anna also gave some insight for this year's contestants on how to walk away with the man.

"You just have to be yourself and if they want to skew that in a way then that’s up to them, but you just have to be yourself.

"Sometimes I feel for the girls on there but I can’t wait to watch it. Good luck to them."

The lawyer also was quick to shut down any suggestion that the producers play a bigger part in the matchmaking process than they let on.

"Whatever you say on there it’s up to you," she said. "You say what want to say. Everyone asked 'Do they feed you lines?' They don’t, they never did to me."

Since starting their relationship on The Bachelor Anna and Tim have been inseparable, regularly sharing loved up pictures on social media.

The Bachelor Australia starts on July 27.
