Iggy Azalea's 2016 keeps getting worse

Iggy Azalea hasn't had the best 2016.

The Mullumbimby-born rapper called off her engagement to NBA player Nick Young in June after he was caught up in a cheating scandal and now she's in some financial trouble with IRS... Again!

TMZ report that Iggy has had a massive tax lien placed against once again, the second in a matter of months.

Documents obtained by the website show the 26-year-old owes the IRS $269,980.20 in unpaid federal taxes from last year. This second tax lien comes three months after it was revealed Iggy owed $391,056.55 from 2014.

Her breakthrough album The New Classic was released that year.

This brings her IRS total to just over $666,000, which is a fairly hefty sum, although The Huffington Post estimated Iggy's net worth to be around the $10 million mark earlier this year.

Iggy will be spending a lot more time in her homeland over the coming months, after signing on to be a judge on the X Factor Australia alongside Guy Sebastian, Adam Lambert and host, Jason Dundas.
