Report: Tom Cruise has 'no relationship' with Suri

It's been claimed that Tom Cruise hasn't seen his daughter, Suri Cruise, in three years.

According to reports from Us Weekly, the Top Gun actor has had "essentially no contact" with his 10-year-old daughter for some time.

"Tom hasn't seen or even called Suri in about three years," a source close to the family spilled.

The 54-year-old split with Suri's mother, Katie Holmes, in 2012, when his daughter was just six years old.

Despite originally spending lots of time with his young daughter - who is his only biological child - sources say the actor's connection to the Church of Scientology is the reason behind his lack of attention.

"Tom eats, breathes and sleeps Scientology,” a source told In Touch Weekly in June.

"He’s disconnected from Katie, and then de facto from Suri, because of her connection to Katie. He hasn’t seen her since she was 7."

The controversial policy of the religion states that members are not allowed to interact or associate with anyone who has left the church.

Holmes severed ties with the religion when she divorced Tom four years ago, and took Suri with her.
