Michael Jackson’s son rushed to hospital
The eldest son of the late Michael Jackson, Prince Jackson, is recovering after ending up in hospital as the result of a motorbike crash.
TMZ reports the King of Pop’s eldest child was rushed for medical help in an ambulance after Prince was struck by another vehicle while driving to college.
"Prince is now resting at home," his spokesperson told the publication. "Thanks everyone for their well wishes."
The 20-year-old took to Instagram not long after the incident to share a snippet of his body strapped to a stretcher in the ambulance.
The photo was captioned, “Well s**t…”
Luckily, he appears to have made it out unscathed with no broken bones or serious injuries and is now recovering from the comfort of his own home.
There have been no reports to suggest anyone else was injured or hurt in the accident.
Prince’s younger sister Paris Jackson is set to land in Australia any day now to attend the Melbourne Cup.
"I wasn’t familiar with the Melbourne Cup before the opportunity came up to attend this year," she told News Corp, "but once it was brought to my attention, I asked my Aussie friends about it and heard so many incredible things."
