Nude photos of 18-year-old Madonna to go up for auction
Despite her most famous song being called Material Girl, it turns out when Madonna was 18-years-old she preferred to go with out any material at all.
Nude photos of the pop queen, now 59, have emerged when she was a teen ballet dancer and the snaps are set to go up for auction.
Gotta Have Rock and Roll are auctioning off a total of 108 nude images of the singer exposing her bare body.
The images, originally published by TMZ, are set to go on sale on Wednesday with opening bids starting between $800 and $1200 (USD).
In the black and white photos no bit of Madonna's body goes unseen.
Teenage Madonna is seen rocking a dark brown pixie cut while performing a series of ballet poses totally starkers in the images.
In another set of photos, the singer is seen wearing a headscarf and a black top but nothing on the bottom.
According to the outlet, the risqué snaps were taken by photographer Cecil I. Taylor in 1977.
The singer's release form to the photographer, dated 19th May 1997, is also up for auction.
