But Roxy Jacenko has shown she's never felt more womanly in a series of sexy lingerie snaps shared exclusively with Be.
Just days before she went under the knife to correct her breast implants that had been damaged from radiation treatment, Roxy, 37, posed for the set of racy photos in the exclusive PRIMUS Hotel Presidential Suite.
Wearing staggering $1.5 million worth of diamonds from Nicholas Haywood Jewellery, the mum-of-two dazzles in a variety of sheer and lacy lingerie sets.
Showing off her tanned pins, the Skinny Tan ambassador flaunts her trim figure, admitting the sizzling look is "very diff to how I look today post op."
Just days ago, the brave businesswoman showed she clearly wasn't going to let having invasive surgery slow her down, being spotted running errands in Sydney and at a busy family event whilst battling medical drainage tubes.
Though Roxy's spirit is fighting fit, she has revealed she still requires more surgery.
"I am back in surgery next wed to have some further adjustments," she told Be, explaining "revision surgeries are always tricky."
