Single ladies, listen up, I want to tell you about dating.

First dates...there’s a lot of pressure, I get it, I’ve been there. There is absolutely no room for error because you don’t get a second chance at first impressions.

They're a bit like a job interview really – for the guys and the girls. You have one chance to get it right.

Sorry to break it to you ladies, but people judge you. They judge you by your shoes, by whether your teeth and hair are clean and on what you smell like. All of these things determine how someone feels about you.

So, make sure you make the right first impression. Turn up to your date in what you feel comfortable in because being honest and upfront at the first instance is vital.

They might forget what you’ve said during the date, but they won’t forget how you made them feel. So, put on a bit of deodorant, some nice underwear and be ready for what comes.
