Mum orders Peppa Pig cake – but that’s not what she got

A family have been left in stitches after picking up a cake they had ordered that looked nothing like what they were after.

Irish mum Karen Moroney decided to order a Peppa Pig cake for her daughter Layla-Valentina’s second birthday from a local bakery.

But when she went to pick up the finished product, it definitely didn’t look anything like the lovable kids character.

Instead the bakery had printed a photo of the USB stick she brought in – that had the photo on it – on the cake.

“They asked me to bring in the image I wanted on the cake on a memory stick and they would scan it on to the cake," she told The Sun.

“So I did. The Peppa Pig picture was the only file on the USB.

“But someone got their wires crossed and put a picture of the USB on the cake instead!”

Luckily though the bakery did rectify the situation and put icing with the correct image over the top so little Layla-Valentina could enjoy her cake.
