Meghan Markle 'desperate' to have a honeymoon baby
She’s set to walk down the aisle and say ‘I do’ in a matter of weeks but it seems there’s other things on bride-to-be Meghan Markle’s mind.
The 36-year-old former Suits actress, who moved to London to be with her fiancé, Prince Harry, is apparently extremely eager to have a baby straight away.
In fact, the star, who will become a Duchess when she married into the royal family, is believed to want to try for her first child on her honeymoon.
Erin Specht, who used to be engaged to Meghan’s half-brother, Tom Markle, told New Idea Meghan will make a great mother and is ‘desperate to have a family of her own’.
“Meghan will be pregnant in her first year of marriage if she can,” she said.
“For certain she will be trying for a baby on their honeymoon – she is going to be a brilliant mum”
It comes just after it was revealed that the loved-up couple are considering adopting ‘kids from around the world’.
The couple are staunch supporters of numerous charities and it’s been claimed Meghan wants to follow in Angelina Jolie’s footsteps, who has famously adopted three times.
“Meghan sees Angelina Jolie as a huge inspiration and the perfect example of a woman who balances family, work and charity drives,” an insider previously told The Mirror.
“She has often spoken about how she’s impressed with her.”
Back in April last year, Prince Harry spoke about his desire for children in a candid interview with the Telegraph, saying he believed he was in the right place in his life to start a family.
“Of course, I would love to have kids,” he said.
It’s also been reported that the couple have so much work they want to do together before they have kids.
