Meghan Markle's Australian wedding dress designers revealed


All eyes will be on Meghan Markle on May 19th not just because she’s marrying the most eligible bachelor in the world, Prince Harry, but also because everyone cannot wait to see what her wedding dress will look like.

It turns out the former Suits actress has chosen Australian designers Tamara Ralph and Michael Russo of London-based label Ralph & Russo to design her wedding dress, according to the Daily Mail.

“Multiple royal and fashion industry sources” have allegedly told the outlet the dress will cost around a whopping £100,000 or $180,000 AUD.

The bride-to-be is reportedly set to wear a “hand-stitched, heavily beaded” wedding gown on May 19 and Prince Harry and the royal family will be footing the bill.

“It sounds a lot but this is the wedding of the year and hundreds of hours of manpower have gone into making it, almost all by hand,” one of the alleged sources told the publication.

Ralph & Russo has been in the running to design Meghan’s wedding dress since last year.

The 36-year-old wore a gorgeous sheer black and beaded gown by Ralph & Russo in the official engagement photos with Prince Harry released by Kensington Palace via Twitter.

The fashion label is no stranger to dressing A-listers.

Their impressive list of clients include Beyoncé, Celine Dion, Angelina Jolie, Gwyneth Paltrow and one of Meghan’s besties actress Priyanka Chopra.

We cannot wait for Meghan to step out on May 19 in her wedding gown.
