Prince Harry and Michelle Obama reunite to surprise school kids
They’ve teamed up numerous times before and finally one of our favourite duos, Prince Harry and Michelle Obama, have reunite.
The royal family member and the former FLOTUS, who are constantly pictured in stiches of laughter whenever they’re together, are in Chicago for the Obama Foundation Summit.
However, they found some time in their crazy busy schedules to meet up and surprise school kids at the Hyde Park Academy in the South Side of Chicago.
The school is conveniently located right across the road from the Obama Presidential Center and Prince Harry and Michelle spent about an hour with 20 students.
“The warm and wide-ranging conversation, lasting over an hour, covered how the Obama Presidential Center will showcase the South Side of Chicago for a global audience, the importance of young people staying inspired and hopeful, and the transformative power of students using their voices to change the world,” Caroline Adler Morales, the former first lady’s communications director told People.
Prince Harry and the Obamas are famously close, with the families both carrying out appearances and functions together in the past.
Michelle even co-hosted the opening ceremony of the Invictus Games with Prince Harry when it came to Florida last year.
And in 2013, the duo paid their respect in a ceremony at the White House for military families.
